Terms and Conditions
Applies to Client and Service Provider registrations.

1. Service and registration
Visitor Studio is provided by Impel Media Solutions, a division of iDev Research Labs Private Limited. These terms apply to both Client and Service Provider organization registrations. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to register and act for your organization.
2. Website access and responsible use
Clients manage their own websites. Service Providers must have permission from each customer to manage its website, tracking configuration and offers. Keep sign-in credentials secure, assign access only to authorized users, and do not use the platform for unauthorized collection, misleading offers or interference with other accounts.
3. Visitor data and offers
You are responsible for your website privacy notices, consent configuration, approved tracking pages and the offers you publish. Do not send sensitive personal information or form contents to the tracker. Engagement indicators describe observed activity; they do not verify identity, diagnose medical needs or guarantee enquiries, bookings or business results. Disabling collection stops new collection; the dashboard retains recent journeys and the service can retain weekly analytics archives as described in its product documentation.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Organization registration does not collect payment or activate a paid subscription. The selected billing period is a setup preference. Pricing, applicable taxes, billing and renewal arrangements must be confirmed before purchase. Recording a subscription as paid is an operational record and does not itself process a payment.
5. Service Provider commissions
Where enabled, Portal Admin manages commission rates between 10% and 30%. Commission is calculated on confirmed collected subscription revenue from the provider’s customer websites, excluding tax and refunds. Each receipt retains its recorded rate; rate changes apply to future receipts. Refunds reverse the corresponding commission. Available commission must reach at least INR 10,000.00 for a payout. Completed external payouts are recorded with a transfer reference; the platform does not itself transfer funds. A refund after payout can create a balance recovered from future earnings.

Registration does not transfer ownership of the platform. Customer-provided content and branding remain with their respective owners. You must have permission to use materials that you upload or publish.
7. Acceptance record and questions
By selecting the acceptance checkbox and registering, you agree to this version of these Terms and Conditions on behalf of your organization. We record the signed-in account, organization, terms version and server acceptance time. Contact your assigned Impel account representative or Portal Admin for questions about service setup, billing, commissions or these terms.
